Usually, I don't write reviews, but in this instance, I can't express enough good things about Ortiz Pest Control. We initially hired a different pest management company to remedy our subterranean termite problem. Shortly after, we heard a rat scurrying around our HVAC system in the attic. We reached out to the termite and pest management company we had employed a few days before, and they kept us waiting for a day and a half. When they finally contacted us, they said that it wasn't their area of expertise. After sifting through countless reviews, we contacted Ortiz, who came to our aid merely hours later. Our technician, Jennifer, was remarkable; she went above and beyond, tackling every conceivable area where the rats had been finding their way into our attic. She even took photos of the repairs needed and shared them with us beforehand. Jennifer's professionalism, courtesy, and expertise were second to none. We are delighted we chose them, and we have nothing to grumble about. I strongly recommend them!
