The coordination was prompt, and the professional who painted went beyond the call of duty to assist me in resolving a product issue with the retailer where I purchased the paint. He acted professionally, yet still exhibited empathy for me, recognizing the challenging period I was going through and offering support and kindness, which was not part of his job. The pricing was competitive, and my fence looks perfect. Overall, I highly recommend their services.

My fence was stained by WiseWash. They promptly attended to my request. Justin went the extra mile by ensuring that a technician was dispatched on the same day to finish the task. The job was completed by a skilled professional named Brodrick, who demonstrated exceptional work ethics by preparing the work area and leaving it tidy. Even though the wrong stain was accidentally purchased (which was not the fault of WiseWash), Brodrick took the initiative to arrange an exchange with the paint store, even though it was a "non-returnable" custom color. This denotes exceptional customer service!
