Up until now, my involvement with Ace's Plumbing has been delightful. Initially, Isabel from the office contacted me to reschedule due to staffing issues. I felt disappointed and resorted to offering bribes to keep my appointment. Despite my monetary offer, Isabel refused but still managed to apply some schedule modifications to ensure my meeting held as planned.
Today, Aaron arrived and displayed high levels of professionalism. He informed me of his arrival time while en route, and after receiving a quote, I was able to sign it digitally instantly. Moments after Aaron left, another professional named Niecie (uncertain of the spelling) called to schedule the service work.
I will provide an update to this review next Friday, 11/4, after the completion of the work. However, I am immensely grateful to Isabel and Aaron for making it happen today!
