While they did a splendid job, Green Rhino is now cleaning the same rug and another one of the same size, all for a lower price. The value they offer is simply unbeatable. When the owner of Green Rhino arrived to collect my rugs, which involved moving some bulky furniture, he impressed me with his amiability, respectfulness, politeness, and professionalism. I reckon this is how they rope people into spending more than they need to.
