Upon my request, Derek promptly sent Sean to examine the leaky kitchen plumbing under the faucet. As it turned out, there was a cracked hose connected to the dishwasher, which Sean replaced with new clamps. Additionally, he noticed a poorly adjusted hose connecting to the garbage disposal and air gap, and replaced it as a complimentary service. The tenants later discovered that the sink hose was not extending to its regular length, and Sean was able to fix the issue after being notified. The service was exceptional and thoroughly honest, conducted entirely through text communication.
