This was my initial experience having my Shih Tzu Maltese terrier groomed by them, and I must say that they executed a remarkable job! They were prompt with the scheduled appointment and maintained a transparent communication throughout. I intend to collaborate with them in the future without hesitation.

As my large 4-month-old labradoodle had not been groomed before, it was time for the overdue pampering. To my delight, the grooming session was fantastic! My big furry friend looks fantastic and smells even better. Felix was skilled and very amiable throughout the session. I won't hesitate to use their services again in the near future. Our dog Lily, who is always anxious during grooming, was well taken care of by them. They were professional and kind, and she came out looking awesome with a great haircut.
