They offered a great price and were very careful with their measurements which resulted in no wasted flooring. Throughout the process, they called me regularly and provided updates. After completing the job, they cleaned up so well that it seemed like nobody had been in the room. I highly recommend Sanko Construction for their excellent work.

Our carpet was replaced with LVP, and Sanko Construction did an outstanding job with the project - even covering our stairs. They took extra care to ensure minimal intrusion and cleaned up after themselves impeccably. In fact, you wouldn't be able to tell they were there once they finished for the day. Alex aided us in determining the order quantities and other specifics, which we thoroughly appreciated.
