Shelby is a kind individual who seems eager to host a successful event. However, as someone new to the event planning industry, she may not possess the full set of skills or knowledge needed to bring a client's vision to fruition. Personally, I had requested extravagant, "grand" balloons for my event, but Shelby failed to fully prepare for the task, which resulted in last-minute scrambling on my part. While the balloons were overinflated and ultimately popped during the event, causing chaos, I also took issue with Shelby using images from my event on her promotional page despite her only being responsible for the balloons and not decor/setup. Overall, my experience was mediocre, but I suppose you get what you pay for. As evidenced by the photographs comparing what I envisioned versus what I received.

I found immense assistance from Mystics Celebration for my sister's hurriedly planned wedding! I had little hope of availing someone on such short notice, but Mystics Celebration made it happen! Working with them for the first time was a delight, as they were prompt, responsive and their work was just beautiful.
