The maintenance work and installation of a key pad on my garage door by American Pro Garage was superb as there are no annoying scraping sounds anymore. I am delighted with the excellent job done, which prompted me to request the same service at my daughter's house.

Ed, the garage opener, was bought from Lowes and we set up an installation appointment with them. They informed us that it may take up to 14 business days to schedule. However, to our surprise, they called us the day we made the purchase and sent a technician, Joseph, the next day to install not just one but two openers! Joseph also provided a tune-up service, replacing old rollers and explaining how to operate the new equipment, including programming the remotes and keypad. It was a pleasure to work with him, and our garage is now much quieter. Thank you for the outstanding service!
