Manuel did a fantastic job! He detected multiple problems with the dryer venting in my new home and managed to resolve them on the very same day, ensuring it fully complies with regulations and operates efficiently now.

Although the survey only permitted the option to rate three out of five provided categories, the rated party deserves a full five-star evaluation. Apart from the work quality, professionalism, and value, the rated party's responsiveness and punctuality were exceptional. Our basement was plagued with excessive moisture due to an indoor dryer vent. Don came over, assessed the situation, provided us with an estimate, and commenced the job immediately. We are grateful to have an outdoor vent now!

Kim and Don's excellent cleaning of my dryer vent exceeded my expectations. This was a daunting task, as the dryer was stacked atop the washer in a closet on the topmost floor of a townhome unit, and working space was tight. Despite these challenges, they managed to extract the dryer and remove the stacking kit from behind the washer and dryer while still in the closet, to reach the vent. Additionally, they replaced an improper and damaged vent linking the dryer and the wall vent. Punctual, polite and proficient in their work, I would wholeheartedly endorse them to anyone in need of their services.
