Josh accomplished an amazing feat by quickly installing a new water heater for me, even though I reached out on Sunday night. True to his word, Josh arrived at my doorstep the very next morning, punctual and prepared to take on the task. He took charge of everything, from buying and delivering the new water heater, to removing and disposing of the old one, completing the installation in just an hour or so. He even furnished the receipt for the heater as proof of purchase. Given the degree of damage on the old unit, Josh exercised utmost care to prevent water spillage and kept the replacement process tidy.
