Although Gregory executed the actual clean up well, he failed to properly dispose of the trash. Upon inspecting the alley shortly after, I noticed that he had filled not only my trash cans, but also my neighbor's, leaving scattered garbage behind. It was clear that he had only taken what he wanted. Despite reaching out to him through calls and texts immediately, there has been no response from him for the past 10 days. Additionally, he was supposed to return later that day to get rid of an exercise bag; however, he has failed to show up. It is disheartening to know that we had even given him an extra tip before uncovering these issues.

Their communication regarding start and end times was crystal clear. Despite a limited amount of time, they managed to do an incredibly comprehensive job. Moreover, they went the extra mile by pointing out areas that I typically overlook during my usual cleaning routine and suggested which tools I should utilize for tackling those spots on my own. Without a doubt, I will use their services again and highly endorse them!

I enlisted Greg and his crew to tidy up my basement following the construction of my new home. They arrived promptly with a team of 3 and proceeded to dust the ceilings, walls, surfaces, and floor. They also vacuumed and mopped the area. Thanks to their efforts, we can now comfortably use the basement without trailing dust all over the house after a year of living in our new home. Greg and his team were efficient and accomplished the task excellently. I will definitely be seeking their services again!
