John and FX's performance was exceptional as they managed the entire process of renovating our apartment in NYC, navigating the challenging coop regulations effortlessly. John did an excellent job tiling my mud room and 1/2 bath, and he charged me a reasonable price for the high-quality work. Although there were a few challenges during the project, such as weather conditions and delayed shipment of materials, John took care of everything. He was incredibly responsive and communicative, making the entire process stress-free. I strongly recommend him for any renovation or home improvement projects.

John and his team were hired to give our bathroom a makeover, including a reglazing of our tub as well as painting the interior doors and common space walls. We were unhappy with the job done by a different company five years ago when we had our bathtub glazed. I expressed our concerns to John, who offered a warranty for his work. He paid great attention to detail, was responsive, and completed the job within the time frame. The place was left very clean after their work, and they even ensured our dog had enough water while we were not home. This trustworthy team is highly recommended as true professionals.
