Despite the challenge of dealing with someone having painted over the popcorn texture, Pernell and his coworker proficiently removed the popcorn ceiling. Our ceiling renovation was excellently handled by Pernell. Despite our having scraped the popcorn, Pernell took care of everything else. The result? Our ceilings now look as if they are brand new. The work was finished prior to our move-in, and Pernell took the effort to let me know when he started and ended work everyday. After completion, we did a final walk-through and Pernell promptly attended to any thing we noticed that needed fixing.
