Brittani was absolutely amazing! We traveled all the way from Utah with no clue about what we were doing. After speaking with three photographers, we found that the others were apathetic and uninterested in our business. As opposed to those photographers, Brittani was warm, caring and took the time to discuss locations and asked questions. She even helped us arrange a surprise for my partner! Brittani understood the importance of building rapport, and kindly met with us beforehand. I, myself, am not a fan of cameras, but Brittani made us feel at ease during the shoot. Without having met us in person and with only a few exchanges through messages (although we did have a contract), Brittani drove from San Jose to North San Francisco to discreetly capture our proposal. Remarkably, she even went to the extent of visiting my chosen location a few days after our first contact! Despite already having seen impressive samples in her gallery, the photos she took exceeded all expectations.
