John proved to be incredibly helpful, consistently responding promptly to any inquiries I had. The roof was scheduled and completed within a week, with all the necessary cleanup finished in just one day. The sole issue we encountered was our dissatisfaction with the chimney flashing. Despite it being a particularly busy time in the summer, John came out right away, acknowledged the substandard work, and remedied the situation within a week, without any added costs. As roofing companies are notorious for ripping people off, we were exceedingly pleased with Reliable Roofing Systems.
