About
My name is Steve Studer, and I am the Owner Operator of FlorDek Coatings LLC. Our family has been running this business since 2005, providing Residential, Commercial, and Institutional Customers with the highest quality decorative and waterproof floor coatings. No project is too small or too large for us. My expertise comes from spending fifteen years repairing, waterproofing, and top coating parking garages. From this experience, I've learned that the key to a successful installation is proper preparation and a deep penetrating primer that creates floors with exceptional strength. As a result, we have had no delamination failure in the past 13 years and have successfully installed thousands of garage floors. Every installation is warranted against delamination, chipping, and pitting, for the life of the floor. Our mission is to deliver a masterpiece with every installation.
