Coaching to Sea

My belief in the values of partnership, support, and progress is why I've chosen to coach couples. For some couples, strengthening their relationship by resolving conflicts, rebuilding intimacy and trust, and communicating respectfully and purposefully is no easy task. It takes dedication and hard work to prioritize the relationship, build self-confidence and social skills, and bring about the necessary changes to make it work. I specialize in coaching couples in these areas by providing them with the tools and guidance they need to achieve their goals. As your coach, I will help you replace old habits with new ones, eliminate self-limiting beliefs, and overcome any obstacles standing in your way. I will work with both partners to help them identify their strengths and passions and design goals that will build a solid foundation for a purposeful and joyful life together. My coaching sessions are conducted remotely and have yielded very positive results. Although I do not accept insurance, I offer flexible payment options and scheduling, and I encourage open communication between sessions. As an established client, I also offer discounted sessions to help you maintain your newfound relationship success.
