About
At the moment, we are completely booked for in-person training but we are currently available for online training. We're providing five in-person sessions to new clientele which will equip you with essential exercise techniques, dietary protocols, and all the necessary information to follow my programs. After that, you can transition to our online platform, with the option of periodic in-person sessions.

Our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist provides personalized, structured weight training coaching to aid individuals and couples in achieving their fitness goals, regardless of experience level. Our focus is on developing gym skills that lead to long-term success. We prioritize helping you get stronger, move better, look better, feel better, all while having fun during the process.

We mostly offer our services out of Club Form located in Downtown Denver. Potential clients can avail of a free consultation session, without the obligation to commit.

Thanks to Chris, at 45 years old, I am in the best shape of my life. My initial goal was to build muscle, and through his strength training program, I have gained almost 15 pounds in just nine months - an achievement I never thought was possible. Chris pushes you to improve during each exercise, no matter how small the progress may be. He closely monitors your progress and body metrics, so you can witness your improvements firsthand. His approach is highly motivating and effective, but don't expect therapy during your workouts - Chris will definitely make you work hard.

While temporarily in Denver, I trained with Chris for two months and found him to be fantastic. One aspect of his training that stood out to me was his meticulous tracking of weights and reps for each exercise on his iPad to ensure progress was being made. Compared to other trainers at the gym, Chris's attention to detail was unique. After reviewing the logs, it was clear that I had gained strength, evidenced by a 25% increase in barbell squat weight in only six sessions, while keeping reps constant. Chris taught me proper form and found the perfect balance between being empathetic and a drill sergeant.
