I collaborate with my female associate to offer couples massage services. Not only do I provide couples with massage techniques, but I also teach them strategies to utilize sophisticated techniques for optimal body mechanics. These methods enable them to last up to one hour performing Swedish and therapeutic massage proficiently.

Additionally, I teach individuals how to incorporate massage into their prenatal care. Prenatal massage is beneficial to both the mother and the child.

I use superior techniques while performing Swedish massage to identify and address any issues that may arise, incorporating deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue manipulation, microcurrent therapy, and advanced Peripheral Neurological Facilitation for pain management.

For a comprehensive full body massage, I offer 1.5 hours of advanced techniques and complete therapeutic massage.

In addition, I can help alleviate discomfort from large scars that restrict range of motion and post-surgical trauma, allowing for nerve rejuvenation and expedited healing. I am also proficient in various specialized areas, such as prenatal massage, total body stretching, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain, shoulders, and lower back pain.

Furthermore, I am a licensed Massage Therapy Instructor and offer classes on select evenings and weekends.
