Our experience with the company was fantastic. Aaron, the representative, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, patiently addressing all of my queries. The installation process was effortless. While I'm not good with names, the installer was courteous and respectful towards my home. I was reassured by the company's adherence to COVID-19 protocols. Without hesitation, we would enlist their services again. 😊

Aaron provided amazing service by guiding us through the measuring process to give us a rough estimate. We were hopeful that when he came to give a true estimate, he would be able to tint the windows for us. Thankfully, he was ready, and so were we, and he did the tinting the same day. His attention to detail was accurate, and the clean-up was speedy with no residual mess left behind. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to do more windows and we even referred him to our neighbor, hoping they'd hire him so he could do a few more windows for us. The difference in the amount of heat radiating was so dramatic, and the added bonus of less visibility from the outdoors was a plus. Aaron was prompt and called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. We highly recommend Specialty Tinting!
