My disappointment with Jason runs deep. He failed to finish the job and reneged on his promise to return. Instead, he requested more money continually and complained about being underpaid. However, I provided more than he deserved, giving him $30 extra along with food, drink, and business suggestions. Additionally, I even went as far as teaching him how to create a new logo, a service for which I regularly charge. Jason contacted me, seeking a rating as he was new to this app. I showed him pictures of my kitchen and asked if he could match the offer I had previously received. He agreed to the terms, and I brought him in. Regardless of his tardiness, things started well. I displayed all the necessary materials, and he began working. However, when the flooring was almost complete, he asked for quarter rounds, which I refused as I found them unappealing. Consequently, he was unable to do his job correctly, and it was only fair that I didn't pay more for the additional materials. He promised to come back to finish the job and wrote a check for the full amount we agreed and $30 extra. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt by reviewing him positively. However, when I asked him to return to complete the job, he asked for an extra $60, which was unacceptable as we already agreed on the amount initially. He willingly accepted the job, only to shift the blame onto me, claiming that he was underpaid, even though I had given him more than he deserved. Jason didn't keep his word, and I cannot trust him anymore. I didn't bring him back to finish the job, but it's not about the money, it's about broken promises.

Our flooring looks absolutely incredible thanks to the impressive job they did! They went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We will definitely be utilizing their services again in the very near future. Thank you so much!
