Day of Wedding Coordinator

If it weren't for Carrie, my wedding day would not have been possible. Her exceptional talent in adorning the venue, her promptness in responding to our requests, her kind demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail have made all the difference. Since I needed a coordinator who could handle both the day of the wedding and some of the decoration, Carrie was the perfect fit. In addition, she exceeded my expectations by visiting the site twice and asking all the pertinent questions that I had not even considered. Throughout my wedding day, I was able to let go of all concerns and trust Carrie completely while I reveled in the reception. I wholeheartedly endorse working with her.

Carrie's coordination skills were impeccable, and our wedding would not have been possible without her. She meticulously planned everything ahead of time and had contingency plans in place for any potential issues that arose on the day of the event. For larger events, it would be advantageous for her to have an assistant supporting her. Though Carrie puts in an incredible amount of effort to ensure everything runs smoothly, sometimes her focus on the job can cause her to lose sight of the personal connection to the wedding party. However, in the end, she went above and beyond to deliver a flawless wedding day that exceeded our expectations. We are grateful for all her hard work and dedication, and we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.

Carrie was absolutely fantastic! Despite the fact that our wedding was far from conventional, she handled it with ease and helped us make it an unforgettable day. She began by giving us a thorough questionnaire to ensure that we had a solid plan in place and contingency plans for any unforeseen issues. She even identified and helped us address gaps in our plan that we weren't aware of. On the day of our wedding, she made everything run so smoothly and without a hitch. Thank you so much, Carrie! In general, Carrie did an admirable job of coordinating my wedding. She tackled the planning with diligence and provided a helpful questionnaire to keep track of all the necessary details. Additionally, she took the time to sit down with me and review everything. Her fee was also quite reasonable. She excelled in beautifully setting up all the decor, even graciously arranging the small flower order I had placed. However, my only disappointment was that she failed to inform my father about the planned toast. Instead, she initially consulted with the DJ, who then announced that my father would be giving a speech. Unfortunately, my dad was in the middle of eating and was taken aback. As a result, he didn’t deliver the wonderful toast he had prepared. I do believe that a more experienced wedding planner would have taken the time to speak with my nervous father beforehand before instructing the DJ or MC to initiate the speeches. This misstep is still a sore spot when I reminisce about my special day. I’d also suggest that Carrie could improve her handling of the wedding rehearsal in the future. Nevertheless, I still highly recommend her services. I am so appreciative of her time, attention, and support.
