After being let down by the original hired worker who took over two weeks to complete the task, I turned to reGlaze7 and was impressed that they were able to show up the very next day. Michelle stood out for being highly responsive and flexible with scheduling and coordination. The job itself was executed expertly and looks fantastic. However, I cannot give a perfect 5-star review. Although the team mentioned they would return in a few days to re-install the shower curtain, rod, and shower head, these were not taken care of during the initial task. Additionally, the floors and bathroom as a whole were not cleaned up properly. One could see a fine layer of glazing byproduct covering almost everything in the bathroom and leading into the hallway. Overall, it was a great job done by reGlaze7, aside from the cleaning aspect. Thank you!
