Our attic vent was occupied by a family of squirrels; however, they were taken care of in a humane manner. Even after the initial removal, we heard scratching the next morning and the service provider returned to re-set the traps without any additional cost. Eventually, two more squirrels were caught successfully. The service was remarkable and friendly!
