Before being hired, Rebecca took the time to help us search for our existing faucet. She discovered that the model was discontinued and recommended a similar model to match the other faucet. We bought the new faucet from Home Depot and Nic-Beck's Plumbing installed it promptly. Javier and Rebecca arrived on time, wore shoe covers, completed the job efficiently, and cleaned the impacted area after. But the story didn't end there. We later discovered wet carpet in another bedroom. Assuming it was a pet's pee, my husband called Rebecca. Within an hour, they returned and identified the cause of the problem. Javier suggested turning off the water valve before returning the next day with special equipment to detect the leak. He arrived early and minimized the damage to the cabinetry and tile flooring. The leaking pipe in the concrete flooring was removed, and water supply to each fixture was restored through an alternative route. Rebecca brought a commercial fan to dry the wet carpet the next day, free of charge. They thoroughly cleaned the impacted area afterward and answered all our questions.
