From start to finish, Greg demonstrated extraordinary workmanship on our lake house at Lake Richland Chambers. His exceptional eye for detail, seamless partnership with the builder, and extensive expertise were truly exceptional. Should I require any future architectural services or a new home, I would not hesitate to engage Greg once more.

Gregory to anyone. After meeting with Gregory, he examined our lot and we presented him with a plan that we wished to have altered. He agreed to provide us with a modified plan in three weeks, but cautioned that it would require significant communication efforts during the initial stages to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, he failed to follow up on his promises and would not return our calls. Three weeks later, he proposed a completely different floor plan that did not fit our budget. Despite this setback, we continued to work with him, but he failed to provide us with timely updates or requested changes. After 14 weeks, we had nothing more than a basic floor plan, leading us to terminate our association with him. Furthermore, we had paid him a retainment fee of $2000.00 that he refused to return. Gregory was much too unprofessional and unreliable for us to recommend him to others, and we remain greatly disappointed by his lackluster performance.

Marvelous effort and assistance.

Gregory has proven to be an asset in this process thus far. Despite the distance between us – me in Kansas and Gregory in Texas – I remain hopeful that everything will run smoothly. My project is taking place in Fort Worth, Texas, and I am confident that I will have everything sorted out by September 22, 2018. Gregory recently met with the owner at the project location on September 5, 2018, but I have yet to receive any communication or updates. Best regards!

After failing to meet deadlines, we withdrew the project from him since it was not a good match.
