About
Hannah Hartman is a professional athlete and master trainer, as well as a Co-owner of The Base Fitness Gym. With extensive knowledge of Muay Thai conditioning, Powerlifting strength foundations, and Body Building regimens, Hannah delivers exceptional results that extend beyond short-term goals. She has a masterful understanding of body composition, lean tissue gain, fat reduction, strength increases, and improved range of motion, all tailored to suit individual needs. Hannah also offers rehabilitation services as a certified clinician with NeuX, which is applicable for athletes, accident victims, disability clients, sleeping disorders, depression/anxiety clients, and eating disorders. Her approach to resetting the central nervous system to work in a parasympathetic state is groundbreaking and allows for optimal recovery. Having spent over 13 years in the fitness industry, Hannah became an IFBB Women’s Figure/Physique Division competitor in 2015, attained the ISSA master trainer certification in 2016, and gained her IFBB Pro Card at the 2017 USA Nationals. Her goal is to empower her clients by rebuilding their self-confidence, achieving their individual goals, and improving their mental and emotional resilience.
