Last January, when our apartment flooded, I required accommodation for a week for myself and my child. This could have been an incredibly stressful ordeal, but thanks to Home-Tel's effortless and efficient service, it felt more like a mini-vacation in our own town than an urgent evacuation. The lodgings were immaculate and comfortable, and the staff was highly attentive to all of our requirements prior to and during our stay. Their prompt and empathetic attention throughout the entire process was remarkable. In my experience with both hotels and vacation rentals, I have never had superior hospitality. I will always be grateful for that experience.
