Our experience with Dances with Dogs was truly remarkable, and we cannot praise them enough. Their technique for positive force-free learning is fantastic, and Mia, our trainer, was highly knowledgeable. After adopting a little toy poodle with a traumatic experience, we faced challenges as she was frightened of everything and would not stop whimpering. We tried several solutions such as Calming Care, Rescue Remedy for Dogs, Adaptil, and more, but nothing seemed to work. Consequently, we sought professional help and came across Dances for Dogs on Crackerjack. We reached out by explaining our experiences, and Katie responded promptly with her phone number. After talking to her, we realized that she was an expert in animal behavior, and we booked a session with her accordingly. Throughout the session, Katie displayed remarkable patience with our anxious dog. She taught us about body language and shared many useful ideas and information to help our dog feel more comfortable. We were so impressed that we ended up purchasing a package. With time and practice, our dog became more at ease, social with other dogs, less anxious around people, and finally slept through the night. In addition, Katie taught us the basics of dog commands, suggested interesting puzzle toys, and advised us on ways to occupy our pooch's mind to fight anxiety. Our dog is now much better, thanks to Katie's efforts, and we recommend her services wholeheartedly!
