However, we do not appraise mobile homes and are not licensed for commercial properties. Our affordable and prompt service is accessible to anyone requesting a quote by providing their complete address. We offer a 10% discount if paying by cash, and a 3% additional fee if using CC. Furthermore, in case of payment by check, the appraisal will be delivered post the bank clearing the check, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Thank you.
