Free Spirit Yoga & Reiki

My primary focus is on the mental as well as physical benefits of yoga. I offer private yoga lessons covering power yoga, vinyasa, restorative, yoga for teens, and yoga for trauma. Additionally, I'm a certified Yoga4Cancer teacher, catering to cancer patients and survivors, providing gentle/restorative yoga to calm the mind and reduce anxiety, as well as Vinyasa yoga for rebuilding strength while managing side effects like lymphedema and neuropathy.

I'm also a Reiki Master healer, offering energy treatments that can assist anyone. Whether for easing physical pain or during tough times in life, Reiki's benefits to healing are significant. I offer guided meditation, breath work, lessons, and attunements, and happily respond to requests for essential oils and crystal healing. I believe in addressing your specific needs and making you comfortable throughout our sessions.

My aim is to equip people with the right tools that can benefit them both on and off their yoga mat. My safe and caring environment is suited to cater to every client's specific goals, whether they want to reduce stress and anxiety or achieve physical and mental resilience.

Reiki has become a crucial aspect of my life and one of my biggest passions. Sharing its energy and assisting those in need is an undeniable gift. Reiki has significantly impacted my life, and I carry the same spirit of healing through service to my clients.
