Working with Junkluggers of Lexington was an incredible experience. I had to clear out a massive 1200 sq ft storage unit for an estate I was managing, but my previous vendor failed to show up twice at the scheduled time. With a tight deadline and limited options, I contacted Junkluggers of Lexington and they promptly arrived in Louisville to complete the task. They demonstrated efficiency and professionalism throughout the process. I highly recommend their services and would call upon them again for any future endeavors of this nature.

To receive an estimate from a professional, I provided information on the CrackerJack platform. However, I received a request for my phone number and when I was contacted, it appeared as though the pro did not have any information from CrackerJack. Despite being notified that I had booked the pro, it turned out that I had only scheduled an estimate. I made an appointment with Cooper for an on-site estimate, and although they were very friendly, their prices were higher than those of any other pro I had received estimates from. Cooper explained that they take extra care to sort through donatable items in their warehouse, but I ultimately decided not to use their services as they were too expensive. The estimate was free of charge and obligation, as advertised.

This company has done a fantastic job from beginning to end. If you require this type of service, I highly recommend them.
