Our homes and those of our neighbors were constructed on a previously marshy area that gradually resulted in our homes' foundations becoming unstable. Fortunately, BDry's experienced engineers assessed our conditions, suggested cost-effective remedies, and provided recommendations. Their skilled crews demonstrated their expertise, adaptability, and ability to communicate technical terms in simpler language. They were always punctual and maintained a professional demeanor, displaying confidence and competence throughout the duration of the project. Our neighborhood of five adjacent addresses in the Downing Creek subdivision of Chapel Hill has been able to witness the positive changes over the past ten years, as our issues with cracking walls and ceilings and creaky floors have subsided or diminished significantly. Needless to say, we are elated with the outcome and are extremely satisfied with our experience.

During heavy rain, my house experienced a technical issue with a basement wall which resulted in water accumulation. This issue was discovered during an inspection when I was attempting to sell the house, making me worry that potential buyers would back out if it was not addressed promptly. A big shout-out is due to Kathy who was able to schedule the house repairs during the due diligence period for the buyers, showing exceptional customer service skills. The work crew, led by Josh, was very timely and remarkable. The seamless coordination between each member of the team was incredibly impressive and they completed an impressive amount of work in just one day. On the second day, the team finished the job in a short time leaving no trace behind. They walked me through the sump operation, explained the carbon fiber support and waterproofing warranties with professionalism, skill, and trustworthiness. I have already recommended this company and have received a bonus$$ for it. The best part is the buyers have expressed their satisfaction with the work done, and the deal is set to close in just four days. Leaving the buyers with a full warranty on all work is an excellent feeling. I extend my gratitude to Mark, Kathy, and all the members of the work team for their amazing work.

I was impressed with how quickly BDry responded and arrived at my home. I was equally delighted to discover that there was no issue and everything was satisfactory. They did not try to create a false sense of urgency and were straightforward with me.

On two different occasions, I have employed BDry for significant undertakings at two of my residences. I am continually astounded by their aptitude to rectify issues with their smooth process–starting from the consultation with the sales team and finishing with the final inspection–without any further delays. The option to finance through a third party has been immensely helpful for me and has allowed me to complete the work promptly on both occasions. Certain projects require professional expertise, such as groundwork and basement construction. Therefore, I wholeheartedly advocate BDry.

After receiving visits from two companies to assess my basement - where there was a small area of peeling paint due to water issues - I was presented with two very different solutions. One company suggested installing a costly $10k drainage system and sump pump, whilst Roger Rotes from BDRY recommended diverting the outside surface water at the problematic spot and addressing some external downspout and grading issues. It was suggested that this could likely solve the problem without any further work required. Ultimately, I did not require their services. However, I commend Roger and BDRY for their honest advice and not attempting to sell me something that I did not require. In my opinion, their honest approach warrants a well-deserved 5-star rating.
