Yoga With Avilda

Greetings! I go by Avilda, a certified and insured Yoga Instructor with an RYT 200 registration. My expertise lies in crafting Yoga experiences for diverse groups, ranging from organizations like Amazon, the Delaware Afterschool Network and the Society of Hospitalists, to families, women’s retreats and even bachelorette parties. Through the practice of vinyasa, yin yoga and restorative yoga, I assist clients in attaining moments of tranquility, mindfulness and camaraderie.
