Meet Dillon - a Personal Training and Wellness Coach with a wealth of experiences that have shaped his journey to where he is today. It all began when he stumbled upon a local gym after finishing high school, and ended up being hired as a fitness manager. It was here that he developed a passion for fitness and helping others, and ultimately led him to pursue training as a personal trainer.

After getting certified through NASM, Dillon embarked on a career path as a personal trainer, working for various companies before finally moving out to Colorado for four years to deepen his knowledge and expand his education. Now back in Chicago, Dillon works as a freelance personal trainer, helping clients with weight loss, posture correction, strength, high-intensity endurance training, and pain alleviating techniques for low back pain, knee pain, and other related problems.

Dillon's clients always have positive feedback to share about their experiences working with him, and his compassion, understanding, empathy, and care are evident in his approach. For Dillon, health and fitness is about more than just getting in shape and losing weight - it's about cultivating a positive perspective and mindset that can lead to long-term success.

My collaboration with Dillon has transformed my life! He is incredibly attentive and consistently addresses any queries I have, delving deep into topics to demonstrate his extensive expertise in fitness, nutrition, and overall health. Furthermore, the meal preparations I sampled were exceptional! The dishes were original yet uncomplicated, and the containers were helpfully labeled. Dillon also provided me with user-friendly recipes, which I appreciated. Most importantly, Dillon motivates me to go beyond my limits with training and always uplifts my spirits even when my days are trying.
