Earlier this week, we were faced with a critical sewage backup. It was a recurrence of the same problem we had three months ago when we sought the services of a different plumber. At that time, we were only given a temporary fix whereby the lines were just snaked, with the assurance that everything was okay. But that was far from the truth! Thankfully, we turned to 5 Star Plumbing, and they came to our rescue. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they also took the time to assess the situation and came back on Friday to perform the necessary repairs. Throughout the process, they kept us informed and even cleaned up after themselves. We are thoroughly impressed and have no intention of seeking another plumber moving forward!!
