I am extremely satisfied with the installation of our LVP floor by Alex. Although it was not a major project, he dedicated himself to ensuring that the job was done correctly. He was prompt, courteous, and had excellent work ethics. I wholeheartedly recommend this company with great confidence.

Due to my over 40-year-old Mobil home, I noticed soft spots forming in my living and dining rooms on the particle board sub-floor. Wanting a repair plan and estimate, I reached out to Alex for his expertise. He explained that although he could fix the soft spots, it was likely that new soft spots would emerge in the next year or two given the home's age. As a long-term solution, Alex suggested installing 3/4 inch plywood over the existing sub-floor. Although this would mean an entirely new plywood sub-floor, the cost was only slightly more than other contractors' estimates to merely patch the soft spots. I hired Alex and was pleased to find him punctual, hardworking, respectful, and capable of delivering an excellent job. Despite concluding the project on time and budget, Alex's final bill was even less than his estimate. Should other rooms in my house require work in the future, I have no hesitation in hiring him again.
