Phil and his team displayed a high level of commitment and efficiency in their work. Our house's exterior painting was entrusted to them, and they did an exceptional job! In my opinion, JP Painting is the best. Given that my house is more than 70 years old, it required an extensive amount of woodwork due to significant wood rot on its exterior. However, JP Painting was able to transform all of the wooden pieces to resemble the original panels that were initially installed. The painting job that they did was outstanding, and they left the premises even cleaner than when they arrived. I cannot emphasize enough how great their work was, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. This company is excellent and possesses a remarkably professional approach to every aspect of their work. I would rate them 100% and extend my heartfelt gratitude for their services.

On 8/15/21, this review was initially published on Google.com. JP Painting San Diego undertook the task of painting the exterior of our son's rental property between 8/11/2021 and 8/13/2021. We chose them from the pool of six other bidders due to their affordable pricing and impressive proposal and qualifications. Phil Perez, the owner of JP, was friendly, receptive, and attentive to our son's suggestions, especially regarding the colors. Phil's wealth of experience in exterior home painting was evident, as he provided valuable recommendations that aided in improving the final outcome. With his two employees, the team was efficient, meticulous, knowledgeable, and mindful of safety, ensuring that the work area remained tidy. As per schedule, they finished the 1500 square footage home exterior job in three days, surpassing our expectations. The property looks beautiful and brand new now! I highly recommend professionals, JP Painting/Phil Perez. Additional Comment on 8/24/2021: On 8/13/2021, before leaving for the day, Phil requested my husband and me to inspect their work. Unfortunately, we could not identify some paint spills at the bottom of the walls due to the fading light. We recognised it only a few days later and called Phil, who immediately sent his team to clear it out. Their prompt response deserves commendation.
