Alek did an excellent job! He effectively reused our previous home's mount and also effortlessly transported our flatscreen TV to our new residence. Alek, an expert from CincyTV+, displayed exceptional professionalism during his recent service. He skillfully installed two large televisions - one measuring 58 inches onto a brick fireplace and another measuring 42 inches onto drywall. Alek expertly answered any questions I had, took the time to demonstrate how to use the mounts, and arrived fully equipped to handle the installation. Alec and D'Mario arrived promptly and fully prepared for the installation. The cost was very fair, and both individuals were exceptionally polite and professional. The installation of the TV mount and receiver was executed flawlessly, resulting in outstanding work. The entire experience was exceptional, and I would enthusiastically suggest their services to friends, family, and others. If I require further work, they will undoubtedly be my first choice. Alek's remarkable proficiency in mounting our TVs, with the concealed cables, deserves a huge acknowledgment. Without any hitch, he managed to install three TVs, ranging from 43, 55 to 85in. During that bustling period, when we were moving into our new residence and had movers, relatives, and the cable crew coming in and out of the house, Alek remained professional and compassionate.
