We had an appointment scheduled and as requested, I sent him the address via text. However, it has been two hours past the appointed time and there has been no indication of his arrival or any form of communication from him.

Punctual and skillful, Gustavo successfully installed an attic ladder and impressed me with his work. I have already entrusted him with another project.
