On the phone, I was informed that the rate would be $150 per hour. Unfortunately, when they arrived and completed the work, they stated that there was a minimum of two hours, which had never been mentioned before. I was charged $300 for less than ten minutes of work, after bargaining down from $400. This is a huge overcharge. $300 for replacing a light switch fixture seems like a major rip-off. I strongly advise against going to them. These individuals are less than honest.
