Initially, we exchanged a few messages regarding my garage door. Later, upon discovering their expertise in epoxy floors, I considered hiring their services. I sought to verify their license status, which they claimed to possess. Upon requesting the license number, they directed me to their website, which turned out to be unhelpful. I made additional requests, but their communication stopped altogether. Upon investigation, it was discovered that this company is not licensed for either garage doors or epoxy floors, contradicting their initial claims. I regret not conducting thorough research before solely relying on CrackerJack's reviews, especially since the company had poor ratings elsewhere.
