Right from the start, the communication was fantastic! I utilized the tour service for two same-day trips to arrange for travel during a Tiki boat birthday party. Their communication was not only punctual but also concise. Our driver was timely and displayed a high level of professionalism. It was an enjoyable experience, and I'm delighted they were able to honor our special request.

I made an early booking for Prom, confirming the quoted price and directions multiple times, which the company confirmed. As the date approached, they asked for more money due to the Prom, claiming their drivers wanted to profit from the frenzy. They offered a full refund, but I had already declined other companies and felt it was too close to Prom to cancel. Eventually, they agreed to cover the additional fees their drivers wanted, and assured me it was all set. The day before the Prom, they provided me with the driver's name and number. On the day of the Prom, the first driver informed me that he had given the assignment to ANOTHER driver. The second driver arrived ten minutes late and wearing a Hawaiian shirt, not the expected attire for a professional driver. The vehicle looked decent from afar, but upon closer inspection, it had a poorly done paint job and was run down. The inside smelled musty, and no water or snacks were provided. The driver was pleasant but continuously reminded us that we would have to pay more if we weren't in the limo by 11:00 pm sharp. My daughter and her friend left early to avoid being late, but ironically, the driver was seven minutes late. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and felt we received low-budget service because we refused to pay more money weeks after our established price.

Our experience was amazing, and we intend to use this service again for future events. We highly recommend it!

My family and I utilized the services of Exclusive Tours for our vacation in Florida. Upon arrival, the driver promptly collected us from the airport without any delay. He was extremely helpful in handling our luggage and possessed a vast knowledge of the local area, which resulted in him recommending a number of destinations for us to visit, other than the theme parks. The Airbnb that ETE arranged for us was remarkable! Despite our difficulty in finding a place that accommodated everyone at a reasonable rate, ETE came through for us. Furthermore, when we had a sudden reservation change, ETE was efficient in making last-minute adjustments. I unequivocally intend to use their service again and would strongly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Orlando.
