The movers arrived promptly and were exceptionally courteous and professional. The office was similarly responsive and professional. All furniture was packed securely, resulting in no damage during transport. The move took longer than anticipated, lasting a total of six hours for an 8'x10' storage unit and a one-bedroom apartment. However, due to the constraints of a 17' truck, not all items could be accommodated. Consequently, we opted to move some items ourselves, a decision we made given that we were already at the six-hour mark. All in all, we appreciated the service provided.

The men were very pleasant and worked at an efficient pace, taking all items we requested. However, they arrived outside the designated arrival time. Although they repeatedly suggested loading items into my car as a protective measure, they neglected to utilize their own blankets. Despite this issue, their work was exceptional, and they provided valuable assistance that I could not have managed independently.
