My old backsplash was replaced by Jose with a new one. He also removed drywall, granite backsplash, and installed and grouted new tiles in one day. I was pleased with the outcome. However, I noticed a minor error after payment and asked Jose to fix it. Despite receiving cash and no obligation, he came back within 30 minutes and didn't leave until I was satisfied.
