In the beginning, they responded to my inquiry, arranged a meeting to review my project and advised me on the necessary materials. However, during the week when the floor repair was planned, they informed me of a scheduling error and postponed the work until the following week. Unfortunately, they failed to show up for the second scheduled appointment for the floor and baseboard repairs. Despite my efforts to reach out to them, they did not reply. Their communication was inadequate, and abandoning a client's project is not an acceptable approach to conducting business.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and the reasonable price offered by the service provider. The task of repairing my carpet was challenging because it involved removing carpet from a closet to fill in a bare spot on the floor. However, he managed to piece it together admirably, considering the materials available. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to hire him again for future carpet installations.
