The response time was speedy, and the service was courteous and expert. It turned out that the problem was with the shower valve, not the water heater. Instead of insisting on replacement, they proposed a fix and refurbished the valve to brand-new quality for less than what replacement would have cost. I would absolutely utilize their services again.
