We acquired our residence very recently and opted for a comprehensive duct cleaning at just $300 which was a steal. The previous owner did not maintain a cleaning regime for the air ducts, hence we sealed the deal without delay. The cleaner stated that it appeared to be 20 years since the last cleaning. The service was performed on a townhouse styled condominium measuring 1000 square feet, which had a sole air duct system. As I was out of town, the servicemen directly communicated and coordinated with my tenants regarding the scheduling and other related activities. Alex had done an excellent job of making necessary arrangements that fit the tenants' availability, which turned out to be satisfactory. The service comprised cleaning the duct, coils, blower, and outside unit. The air flow has significantly improved, attesting to the quality of the service. I am delighted with the outcome, and my tenants are happy. The technicians at Lowe's Air were remarkable, and I highly recommend them.
