Elite came to my rescue with my office printer. I had been tolerating subpar printing because I was procrastinating finding a repair service. However, Elite was able to identify the issue over the phone and arrived promptly with the necessary parts to mend it. I regret not contacting them earlier! I highly advocate for their services.
